End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and ScreenStyler.ai ("Licensor"). Upon purchase, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the ScreenStyler software on macOS devices owned or controlled by Licensee in accordance with the edition purchased (Light / Pro).

2. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly.
• No resale, sublicensing, renting, leasing, or transfer of the software.
• Light Edition limited to one display per license.
• Pro Edition permits multiple displays on the same Mac user account.

3. Ownership

ScreenStyler, its code, assets, and trademarks remain the sole property of Licensor. This EULA does not convey any ownership rights.

4. Updates

Minor updates are included. Major upgrades may require an additional fee at Licensor’s discretion.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Failure to comply with the terms will result in automatic termination. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, including any lost profits or lost savings, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
